Ways to Improve Your Sleep

It is daylight savings time and this makes me think of sleep issues.  As a school nurse I deal with many people who are affected by the time change.  This video will give you information that may help you or someone you know, get a better night's rest.

I filmed this clip while on a weekend trip to New Hampshire.  It was 1F (-17.2C) which was four times warmer than the day before.  What was I thinking?
