Choosing a Meditation for Sleep

A few people have expressed difficulty with meditation. They feel they are not doing it correctly or they are not choosing the correct meditation for sleep.  Attached is my answer to the question.

Ways to Improve Your Sleep

It is daylight savings time and this makes me think of sleep issues.  As a school nurse I deal with many people who are affected by the time change.  This video will give you information that may help you or someone you know, get a better night's rest.

I filmed this clip while on a weekend trip to New Hampshire.  It was 1F (-17.2C) which was four times warmer than the day before.  What was I thinking?

The Purpose of Heart 44
